By placing an order with Squish Poles, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Details

Squish Poles is a UK trader.

Trading via Facebook and other social media platforms.

2. Products

We supply made-to-order flexible training poles.

All items are handmade to order. As a result, slight variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

 • Full payment is required upfront before any work begins on your order.

4. Bespoke Custom Printed & Made-to-Order Items

All products are made to order.

Bespoke custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless proven to be faulty. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all colours, and specifications provided are correct at the time of ordering.

While we aim to work to the exact measurements. All products are handmade and therefore we do say allow a 1–2cm tolerance.

5. Dispatch, Delivery & Collection

 • Dispatch time: anything up to 4 weeks but will be stated at the time of purchase, this is dependant on current orders.

 • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch (UK).

 • Delivery times can vary from time to time.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a delivery company returns a parcel to us after three failed delivery attempts:

 • The customer must provide proof that the delivery company was at fault or

 • The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

6. Delivery Issues

Squish Poles is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once items have been dispatched. Any delivery issues must be taken up with the courier directly, although we will assist where possible.

We do NOT cover handling fees.

7. Colour Variations

Colours may vary slightly from images shown due to lighting, screen differences, or material batches. These minor variations do not constitute a fault.

8. Returns, Refunds & Faults

We do NOT offer refunds or returns unless an item is proven to be faulty.

 • Any faults must be reported within 2 working days of the delivery date.

 • Proof of fault (photos/videos) will be required.

 • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by horses does not count as a fault.

For personalised products if you give us the incorrect information that isnt up to us to redo/ replace with correct name/ details 

Please make sure names are spelt correctly double and triple check!! 

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

9. Use & Liability

All products are used entirely at the owner’s risk.

Squish Poles accepts no liability for:

 • Injury to horses, people, or property

 • Misuse of items

 • Damage caused by horses

 • Failure to follow care instructions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their individual horse and environment.

10. Care Instructions

Products are easy to clean:

 • Warm water and a cloth for best results

 • Cold water may also be used

Failure to follow care instructions may affect product lifespan and void any fault claims.

11. Changes to Terms

Squish Poles reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of ordering will apply.
